Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resource Manager to join our fast-growing tech company. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving our organizational growth from a team of 30 employees to 50 employees over the next year. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our company’s goals and values while ensuring a positive work environment and fostering employee development.

What You’ll Do
HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s growth objectives and overall business strategy. Work closely with senior management to identify and address HR needs, challenges, and opportunities to support the company’s expansion plans.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Development and Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary structure, incentives, and employee benefits. Conduct regular market research to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of the company’s compensation packages. Advise and guide employees on compensation-related matters and resolve any issues or concerns.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Promote and uphold the company’s values, culture, and code of conduct.

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Experience in developing and implementing performance management programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary and Pay Transparency
Salary range for this position is between $89,000 and $130,000. Base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and all applicable company benefits.
The salary range and/or hourly pay rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job posting and may be modified in the future.
